Current Openings:
Drafting Intern – Litigation & Tribunal Matters
Location: Pune (On-site/Hybrid option available)
Duration: Minimum 2 Months (extendable based on performance)
Stipend: As per performance
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting petitions, replies, and interlocutory applications (IAs) in matters before the High Court, NCLT, DRT, and Commercial Court.
Assisting in preparation and vetting of affidavits, written submissions, and supporting documents for filings.
Supporting e-filing, service processes, and coordination of paperwork for court listings.
Conducting preliminary legal research and summarising relevant case law or statutes as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
Law students in 3rd/4th/5th year of a 5-year program or final year of a 3-year LLB course.
Strong drafting and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Basic understanding of litigation procedures before High Courts and tribunals.
Proficiency in MS Word and willingness to learn e-filing processes.

Research Intern- International Taxation (Pune office)
Location: Pune (Remote option available)
Duration: 1 Month
Stipend: As per performance.
Area of Work: Research in Cross-Border / International Taxation
Eligibility Criteria:
Strong research and analytical skills
Interest or prior coursework in International or Taxation Law
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Law students in their 3rd year or above (5-year course) or final year (3-year course) preferred
